WOYWW 69

I'm posting this very late on tuesday evening (11pm to be exact!) because I can't post wednesday, my desk won't change at all, I don't want to miss out on WOYWW and because in UK time, it's wednesday already! I hope none of you mind :)
I'm very sad this week. There is no crafty stuff on my desk so I will show you where I keep more of my stash. With work and school, I haven't had time for anything fun lately. School just started again this week and after going to class I can forsee that I will have a lot less time to create :(
Just in case you're wondering, I'm working on my Master's degree in Early Education.
Somewhere, I'm going to have to find time for crafting. If any of you out there have extra time, please send it this way. Lol, I'm sure none of you do, but I dare to dream!
Here's my desk:
I have my books and papers from school. No crafty messes today :(

So I will show you more of my storage area. This shelf is behind my desk. I keep a lot of my embellishments, papers and scrapbooks here. You can see my stack of pretty patterned papers :)
On top of the scrapbooks I also have some fabric I'm hoping to incorporate into my cards and pages!

Here's some of my gift card boxes and cards for sale or with no particular destination yet.

Thanks for visiting, it's always nice to read your wonderful comments. Hope you enjoyed the tour, I will do better next week and I'll have some craftiness going on on my desk!

Now I'm gonna squeeze in snooping at your desk throughout the week, I do my best to visit as many of you as possible. Happy WOYWW!

  6. I swear this time zone thing can be so confusing at times. Some places I visit are over 30 hours different. I sure wish you well with your Master's Degree. Been there, done that, but not in education.

You've got a lot of stash on that one storage cart. I bet you have a very well stocked craft room. Happy WOYWW (#1).

  13. Hi there! Good luck with your course/crafting! You're not alone, cos I'm doing an A Level in English Language, following that with a degree in English as well with a PGCE no doubt to finish up so I can teach. Someone here came up with the suggestion that if you feel the need to make something, do it and get it out of your system, or use it to reward yourself when you've completed a module or a particularly tough piece of work.

  15. its not easy to find the time when you have so much going on but the time you do manage schedule is really precious. I find that I plan my projects, pages etc in my head and make notes to myself during meetings so that I dont waste time at my desk when I'm ready to get inky!
    Have fun!

  27. Aaah....another one! I'm in the second year of my Foundation Degree, haven't done any crafting at all this week, which is most unlike me...so hard to fit everything in. Your workspace looks lovely, tho, hope you find some time to spend in it soon. Helen (46)

  34. That whole work/studying thing really gets in the way but it's a very important thing you're doing too. At least your desk will still be sitting waiting for you when you have time to get back to it. Sat Oct 2nd is World Card Making Day btw!

  37. Well good for you - a Masters..crikey! No doubt when you get into more a the new routine you'll be able to carve out a little craft time. Inever noticed your basket with the ribbon in - genius idea for people like me that don't want to get involved in the making of a box thingy!
